Today, I received a demand letter from @the_yetieater and his attorney. After discussing it with my lawyer, I would like to express our appreciation for the laugh. At no point have I ever “defamed” you — to be honest, you’ve been completely irrelevant from the beginning. I do not run the account @XXX_blocklist, nor do I have any affiliation with it. Your blog post featuring multiple women in lewd or nude content was widely criticized by myself and numerous industry professionals, including the hosts of Xbiz, Chaturbate, Exxxotica, and others. The negative reaction is solely due to your actions. At a creator-only event, we expect a certain level of privacy, and it is not acceptable for someone to photograph our bodies without consent and post those images online. That is exactly what you did, and this is not defamation—it's a fact. You were not hired by Xbiz to photograph the event, and your removal from Xbiz had nothing to do with me. When called out for inappropriate behavior, the responsible response is to apologize, remove the content, and work toward being more respectful, not to double down on unacceptable actions. I will not be paying you as single penny especially after you’ve spent 8 months publicly ranting about me and obsessively tracking down my personal information, including my home address. Just so we’re clear, doxxing is a crime, and if it ever happens, I will pursue full legal action. Should you show up at my home, near my loved ones or make any threats against my family, understand that you’ll be seen as a direct threat and will be dealt with accordingly As for confidentiality I have not agreed, nor will I agree, to any confidentiality clauses. Feel free to try suing me, and I wish you the best on your journey. I’ve heard it’s a scenic drive. 😘
