The comments are legit making me feel like I’m losing my mind.
My boyfriend of more than a year requested to see my parents. He met them two weeks ago and after that, things changed between us. His calls reduced and he hardly respond to my messages. I tried asking him why but he didn't say anything.

Been there. Here’s my advice. Just be you. I cuss. I don’t know how to use silverware. The people that like me are the ones I want. If they don’t, fuck off. It’s worked out.
When you're a working-class student being told to "network" with people from privileged backgrounds, you're in no way prepared for how much you *won't* like them. No one talks about the idea that poor and working-class people have genuine reasons to dislike such interactions.
