VR display panels are fascinating. Thanks to @Evident_Ind we can see how these panels evolve as technologies mature. This is what you'd see if you directly compared the LCD panels from the Quest 2, Quest 3, and the new Quest 3S.

@BangOlufsen @techradar And blaming “limitations in battery technology” for a poor design is weak. Batteries are consumables, this isn’t news to anyone. Why design buds that bury the consumable component in glue? @Fairphone didn’t feel the need.
