Kismayo: 27, December, 2021: The Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Jubaland State today convened a meeting with the Humanitarian Agencies the meeting was chaired by Minister Ahmed Hussein Baraki. The meeting was discussed the water shortage and drought in Jubaland.

Ahmed Hussein Baraki, the Minister MoEWR-JSS, attended a Cabinet meeting to hear a report on drought and water shortages in Jubaland. The Minister said Jubaland was still suffering from a severe drought, but his ministry was carrying out water trucking and other relief efforts.
