The more we touch the intimate love of God which creates, sustains, and guides us, the more we recognize the multitude of fruits that come forth from that love.

The most insidious, divisive, and wounding power is the power used in the service of God.

The future is hidden in the present as a seed in fertile ground. By nurturing and tending the soil in which we stand we come in touch with the promise.

The great news of God’s revelation is not simply that “I am,” but also that God is actively present in the moments of our lives at all times and places.

Without patience our expectation degenerates into wishful thinking.
