After being in the media space for 6 years something I identified in making a successful podcast is this. Care to have the conversation with the person , most care about being able to make new content. Understand when you have a guest on , the show is about them not you.

Here’s the difference. The rich are trying to save time and the poor try to save money. No one ever got rich by saving their money but almost everyone got rich by valuing their time.

Power is not only what you have but in what people think you have.

What’s more important than what you have is how you use what you have. Often times it’s those who have far less that find the most creative ways in achieving more.

Your fall back plan you think you have for the thing you’re doing isn’t your blessing …. It’s your curse.
