If you ever consider flying American Airlines, just forget it. That airline nearly made me miss my foster mum's funeral. Flight of 11am turned to a different flight for 6:20pm. Thank God I still made it.

Being at the airport since 8:30am for a flight for 11am. Boarded and deboarded. Still here at 4:47pm changing one terminal to another because of this airline. Not another cancelled ticket cos it won’t be funny. It’s important I fly today.
