The way they slap the term “DEI” to any person of color who they don’t like, while simultaneously not using it correctly in their attempt to cover up their racism, is always interesting to see. I never thought ppl were this (for a lack of a better word) stupid.

They have normalized blatant racism - more specifically targeting black women. As a woman in upper leadership in corporate America, this is scary. I’m seeing it in certain things I am involved in and it’s only going to get worse.

My least favorite phrase in a meeting that follows this one, is: “So I’m going to give you back __ minutes” Idk why but I cannot stand that lol. I refuse to say it when closing out my meeting early.
