@marinamaral2 Found a 38 minute rec of my uncle talking about the time he and my father met up in Utah Beach Normandy 1944. My uncle was a body guard for a General/ 4th infantry. My dad was a corporal in the 30th He “borrowed” a Jeep- drove thru the nite to spend 20 minutes with his brother.

When I first started hairdressing years ago, I worked on Newbury Street in Boston at a totally gay salon. We advertised in Bay Windows. We were the best! I got an education and it wasn’t just doing hair. I loved it. The people were so nice and I’m actually friends with the very first couple that got married in America. It happened at City Hall in Boston. I think these conservatives giving gay people a hard time are jerks.
