This is ONLY the story through John’s phone data (that we have) and any time he was on camera (that was shown)—corroborated wherever testimony, CCTV/dashcam and other docs apply and obviously very incomplete. I’ll be adding more as energy allows. Some of it is place saver so I can get to a different device and flip through different docs and data easier. The bones of all the complete data is in the Draft Story tab; there’s some interesting stuff in there. I do also have in mind a comparison table with Jennifer and John’s phone data if anyone is interested in that or wants to give me exact timestamps of testimony or docs you think applies only to his/their phone interfaces.

Notice how the judge only reprimanded you for cursing (because of personal bias against cursing) and didn’t have to issue criminal orders for threatening to murder a mother and her child(ren)? Remember how Lindsey was able to plead the 5th on account of her actually incriminating herself?

In Massachusetts you have to have law enforcement qualifications/history to be a PI but you can hire non law enforcement qualified people to work under your license. You’re still responsible for them legally because they’re working under your license. IMO they were using Marty as a dupe so they wouldn’t have to publicly explain paying KP to do their dirty work for them
