@feywildes Both of these just describe a sfw fantasy for your own gender, and a questionable nsfw fantasy for the evil other gender Get it twisted You both know all of these scenarios are partially desired by both genders

Something like that should only happen when you drink excessive amounts. Usually the only risk factor is Caffeine, guarana and maybe taurine. Caffeine is infamously speeding up the heart rate and potentially causing arythmias due to it blocking adenosine receptors. In simply terms adenosine slows and regulates the heart rate, so inhibiting its receptors speeds it up. Addintionally it increases calcium influx in the heart which results in stronger contractions. Guarana does roughly the same through stuff like theobromine regulation. If its the same dosage as caffeine, one is not necessarily worse than the other. The danger here is that many dont even consider guarana at all. Taurine on the opposite regulates calcium influx, dampening the effects on it caused by caffeine/guarana. It is generally considered to stabilize the heart. Altho there is still little research on its effect with excessive amount of caffeine (multiple cans a day) All other substances, like Ginseng, L-carintine and B vitamins are generally dosed low enough that you could drink multiple cans a day and (these substances alone) will have no -to hardly any- effect. Also the aforementioned B12 for example has no known effect on the heart. Surely there could still be unforseen long-term consequences when these substances are frequently combined daily over decades. But thats simply because compared to coffee, energy drinks have not been studied as long. Overall I can safely say, applying everything we know, a can of european monster ultra white is almost certainly less harmful to your heart than the same amount of black coffee. Therefore a few a week should be fine absolutely fine. I should also note, that while im trying to stay objective here, im quite obviously arguing from a biased position. tldr, Energy drinks in are not as bad as they seem imo. If you wanna be on the safe side, nust cut caffeine entirely. (Also sorry to barge in like that for no reason)
