You can marry someone because they’re financially secure & still find a situation in a couple of years where they lose their money. You can also marry someone for love and find they stopped loving you after some time. There’s no formula. Only God’s mercy & grace.

I was watching CNN yesterday and a man asked why we say “50 women were raped” instead of “50 (or whatever number of) men committed rape”. That the change in language should shift blame back on to the perpetrators and I agree.

I loved Bukola Dakolo’s statement. She said awareness is victory and I was thinking along the lines even before I saw the comment. We have to see this as a win in some way. Literally winning a court case and shifting attitude towards and issue doesn’t happen in one instance.

SLS is saying, if you’re poor, don’t marry multiple women to give birth to multiple children you can’t afford to take care of, as many of them end up on the streets. He is right. Even if you have one wife, don’t pop out 7 if you’re gonna send them out on the road. It’s just sense

A woman killed her husband. Everyone can agree that's a terrible thing... just leave it that way. Don't turn it into men vs women when a life was lost. This is dead serious & shouldn't be used for social media drama. Shirme kawai.

You should always wait to listen to the other side of the story.

If you’re basing your entire reason to japa on this video you’ll be shocked when you get there.

This is what minimum hour wage £10( 14,500) will get you in the UK. Is Japa still overrated ?

The killings in Oyo are atrocious and unacceptable. Action should be swift to protect people and their properties. It also doesn’t hurt for us to call for peace in Northern States. We do not need more violence or any attack on innocent people.
