@CodingWCulture I used to think that way, but phones have so many more distractions than Chromebooks. It's hard enough for adults to ignore social media and notifications, but kids are bombarded by notifications on their phones constantly. I think disallowing phones is the right approach.

Had my first ChatGPT-related incident where it had me do something that ended up deleting all of my databases. Thank goodness for backups, and now I know about apt-mark hold so I don't accidentally replace MySQL with MariaDB. 🫢

I had two students absent today in Computer Programming and we had a test (I know I'm the mean teacher who gives a test after a break). Both students signed up for SOAR Support on Thursday without me asking them to do so so they can take it. Great job, Redhawks!
