A great example on how important is to provide confidence and freedom to the younger ones. Quality matters, no doubt. But this same quality has also been groomed.
So many 1x1! Encourage your players to take risks, to not fear mistakes & be bold. This is best way to create talent. A good player has the right balance between concepts and creativity. Actually we don’t like the phrase “take risk” because risk is a negative word. We say TRY IT!

Dribbling under pressure forces our attention down to the ⚽️. We still have to try to head up or dribble w the further away leg from the defender but, also important, use the arms to keep our space as inaccessible as possible.
