2024 will be my final year with @100Thieves after 2.5 years. I will be LFT for Head/Assistant Coach positions in VCT for the upcoming 25 season. It has been a great experience at 100T and I wanted to make a thread of some of the people who have helped me along the way while here.

In esports it is easy to stack blame on people as fans, and IGLs are often a common target. I can't appreciate enough how much Bden pitched ideas/was willing to try different plans no matter what to make it work. Resilience matters. Will miss our monotone/dry humor <3 @st9llar

One of the hardest working/greatest attitudes a coach would want to work with. I really don't believe many people could accomplish what he has in this time. Truly deserving of a good home/spot going forward and I will cherish our bootcamp memories.

Surely we don't replay a round for a bug that has been in the game almost as long as the agent has existed. The amount of bugs in these matches we could count to replay would be unreal if that was the case.

I've always been impressed with Derrek over the past 1.5 years, not only his in game skill but how easy he gets along with our team/everyone in the community. Feels like he is friends/good standing with anyone you come across in Val, big name or not. Best of luck <3 @DerrekOW

Surely I'm still asleep. So you are dropping the guy who is igling, which somehow you're back to not having an IGL after a whole year. Then apparently another player did not like another, who was dropped, and is now brought back. Can't make this shit up.
After yesterday (losses against Vitality & Alliance), G2 VALORANT have started practicing with keloqz instead of mixwell. G2 is expected to play the next qualifier with keloqz instead of mixwell as well.

Since it's offseason and these conversations always come up again hopefully I can bring a drop of rationality to them. IGLs, much like coaches, are hard to judge from a value POV unless you have some access/info on how that team operates. (1/3).
