Thursday afternoon, 3rd orbital pass of the International Space Station ISS over my QTH in OK. FRAM2Ham SSTV event began today with transmissions on 437.550 MHz. Here's brief example of my SSTV reception, not image. They asked we hold images and only post to the ARISS SSTV site.

@LueElizondo @ShawnRyanShow @CityWineryNSH Hi @LueElizondo .. Have you read the @ChrisKMellon article about DoD space surveillance systems? If so, your thoughts? It's interesting and he suggests changes. Maybe you already know about this issue? I worked logistics in DoD for some of these systems.
As the new Congress and administration settle in, this seems like a good time to offer some suggestions for improving UAP oversight and assessing U.S. air defenses. I hope these recommendations prove useful.
