I feel like the narrative needs to be switched to: it’s absolutely ok to feel what you’re feeling and embrace those moments of pain/sadness buuut you can push through!!! You can push to the other side! You have the strength! Rather than just leaving it at: it’s ok to not be ok.

Highly recommend turning your shower all the way cold at the end of your shower and breathe through it as long as you can. Great way to exercise change. I promise it ends up bleeding into the rest of your life. Would recommend.
