My pitching coach Mike Russo have been amazed at just how professional our bullpens have been the past two weeks. The reason is simple! No radar gun, no Rhapsodo! Focus is on tempo, efficiency and command instead of velocity and spin rate! We use Rhapsodo, just not all the time!
