Winnipeg doesn't get as much love as it deserves. I'm happy to be featured on the Canada Instagram and Website today! Showcasing some of the beauty this city has to offer, even in winter!

I've lived downtown for over 15 years and love having these streets as my 'backyard'! It's like living in a movie set. Thank you everyone for checking out my photography. It's truly appreciated!

@Ilhan
Holy hell you're not too bright, are you!? I'm Canadian and know far more about US politics than you! Seriously, do you even know what the DHS is?
Another shot from that wild sunset. Had to move quick and find something to put in the frame! Luckily there's always great architecture in this city :)

You....asked a 14yo out on a date when you were 19!? When there were likely plenty of other 19yo girls to ask. I think you're admitting to something publicly right now, fella...

Hogg and many others have an agenda. It is very clear. Sadly, he'll keep being used to prop up a narrative until they no longer require his voice. He needs to be ignored for a while.

Nah, you can look at the alert and hope the child is found safe. I've never complained about the loudness. At least you get to wake up...unlike this child.
I can't imagine being the type of person who thinks having to wear a mask (to protect yourself and others) is tantamount to persecution. I'm so tired these people...

Went out last night and was quite happy with the Aurora show! These were all between 11:30 - 1am (ish). I think the one looks like a giant crocodile head!

Some of you might wonder, why this photo? Well, for me, 411 Cumberland is not only architecturally cool, it's uniqueness presents some interesting photographic opportunities. Also, it reminds me of Hong Kong!

Is it officially reflection season!? I guess we could still have a blizzard. Until then, I'll probably be posting a bunch of shots like this!

A couple of firsts. My first time taking photos of
#Aurora
last night! Also, the first time both my wife and I have seen it in person! So incredibly beautiful. Amazing that this wasn't all that far outside of
#Winnipeg
, too.
It's both eerie and exhilarating walking on downtown streets at 3am. The fog was intense. This solitary cyclist rode by at just the right moment. Happy Saturday, all!

I find drives in the countryside so relaxing and calming. Especially in rural Saskatchewan on quiet, lonely roads. A much needed break from the wild world we live in.

No big new years message from me other than I do hope my photos helped bring some joy to your timelines this year. Thank you for checking them out, commenting, or even buying prints. All the best in 2022 :)

Finishing up the most recent snow series with this scene. Similar to Winnipeg's Flatiron (The Bredalbane/Ambassador Apt), but with its own charm. Both are worth checking out in person!

Still, many people think hockey (and sports culture in general) isn't a toxic, often vile wasteland of dimbulbs spouting nonsense like this. Rape jokes. Judging by the many favorable comments, this culture is alive and well. Gross.
I'm pretty sure this will soon become one of the most photographed buildings in the city! It deserves that honour, too. Some quick shots this evening. Enjoy!

I'm frustrated with our government. I'm frustrated with the selfishness of the general public who continue to flout the restrictions and recommendations. I'm frustrated with the deniers. This has gone on for nearly a year and a half and it's just so exhausting!
