8 years ago today, Young Thug dropped his video for "2 B’s (Danny Glover)" and still one of the greatest hip-hop songs of all time 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Honestly one of the best mixtapes ever.
I'll always preach to bring back the mixtape days again and make dropping free mixtapes normalized again. Music was much more fun to consume back then.
Who tf captions "war days💙🤍" and posts a picture like this and expects us to believe they're the victims? Are they really that dumb? 5 year old babies are smarter than that lmao
crazy how I don't think I've ever heard any other loop/sample that sounded like Codeine Crazy... I wanna know what
@TM88
was on when he made that melody
Them showing love to the producers who worked on the album + Drake tagging the producers who did his recent single, shows that's there's hope in this industry where producers really can get their respect and flowers and not have to live in the shadow of the artists

the reason I quit supertrap is because I realized in order to become successful it ain't about flexing your producing skills at all. you gotta understand that this industry is 90% business 10% talent. no one truly cares how skilled you are. I'm all about the placements now.

the quote retweets really just show that people haven't studied our deen w 3awzeen yemasho el deen 3ala mazaghom and normalize certain stuff because of their desires. people have to understand that if something is haram, it's haram. no questions asked. da kalam rabena.
2022 was definitely my most productive year in terms of how much music I've made and how many songs that I've produced. Produced 20+ songs this year and probably 30+ that still haven't dropped. I really hope I can get back on my feet and put in the work again.
I wasn't the biggest fan of We Don't Trust You. But maaaan, when I listened to We Still Don't Trust You, that's definitely contender for album of the year. That's definitely Future's most experimental album, and he nailed it.
I can't imagine my life without YouTube. I spend at least 3 hours every day on YouTube watching content whether it's entertainment, music, producing, university related...
it's literally a life saver and much much better than watching shows and whatnot
Egypt needs a platform that supports producers cuz we live in the shadow here. people don't like to acknowledge us for some reason.
a podcast for Egyptian producers would be a good idea as well.
these egyptian rap pages have to start giving producers their credits and tag us and stop downplaying us like we ain't shit. we're literally responsible for half of the song yet they shed so much light on the artist(s).
