While this is a serious issue, I can't stop thinking this (post? tweet? screed? street?) many spur a resistance movement where members use sporks as an identifier
States and local school districts actually establish curriculum and staffing. The Department of Education provides funds to support education of students with disabilities (IDEA), marginalized socioeconomic backgrounds, or who suffer neglect. That's what they want to eliminate.
