As I turn 31 today, I sit back and look on my NFL career and how thankful I am to be apart of a brotherhood. This game has allowed me to make a lot of friends and memories. I’m grateful for every organization in NFL. With that being said I’m retiring! ✌🏾.

On Saturday's broadcast on FOX, the crew decided to give @Lj_era8 the worst advice possible. Michael Vick: “It’s the playoffs, you’re three games away. Put a brace on it. Get it going.". That's exactly what basically ended RGIII's career as a starter.

Yeah I remember this in Lake Tahoe. Fire alarm went off we where on the 11 floor so a lot of stairs and I saw him struggling carrying his dad. so I asked did he want me to carry him. I knew he had cerebral palsy because I saw him during our stay at the resort.
