Give the team that wins the in season tournament a financial incentive. Call it an exception but a bonus pool of money to be used within the next calendar year to improve the team that doesn't count against the traditional cap.
Things I wish the NBA would add but probably never will: - extra foul per OT - nba cup winner gets an extra win - if a coach gets a tech, the other coach shoots the FT - 1v1 tourney at AS weekend, dont even care who's in it anymore i just wanna see it What are some of yours?
