The cap drop features 5 pieces: 2 snapbacks and 3 classic polyester caps. All caps come with bold 3D embroidery of the logo on the front panels and Yaroslavl's coat of arms on the back.

I decided to dust off my old blog, 'ReForma,' on and wrote an educational deep dive (in Russian) about rethinking state symbols in sports design. It's a serious topic — check it out!:

@G2esports is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special version of its logo. It looks incredibly cool! The iconic scar over the eye has been transformed into a minimalist symbol — the Roman numeral X — while keeping the scarred eye instantly recognizable.

Ultimately, both versions were retained: a modern, utilitarian logo without the wreath became the primary version, while the expanded version with laurel and oak branches emphasized the historical connection.

The main focus was on the wreath. On one hand, removing it entirely seemed like an obvious way to simplify and "modernize" the logo. On the other hand, the branches added a certain charm and highlighted the club's rich heritage.

The goal was to carefully rework the logo, give it a more modern look, expand the set of sub-logos, and incorporate an element directly associated with handball.

Both the men's and women's teams previously used different versions of the sports society's logo. Each had its flaws and was due for an update.

For our studio, this is the second centennial milestone in our portfolio — a significant honor and invaluable experience in working with legendary teams and their heritage. Project details:
