One of the top reasons I personally am considering leaving academia.. I know the issue is made worse by American culture where "positive sandwiches" are the norm and being direct is frowned upon. This further becomes a HUGE equity issue for ND folks.

Yup... not even talking about grammar (as biased against neurodivergents & internationals). Just pure non-sense, no cites, generalization about things that are not even 75% true and so on... AI has made this issue 100x times worse as most don't know how to use it properly ...

Sometimes I wonder what the logic is behind :D I kinda like my @BiltRewards but... now I feel like I am not interested in using it any longer. I know as an international, these systems are not in place to be easy to understand, but @WellsFargo is 100% non-user friendly. Cheers.
