There is a dark cloud over Midleton GAA Club today after we heard the news of the death this morning of our juvenile player and friend Kacper Kozlwski. He played hurling & football with us for many years but in recent years he has fought an unbelievable battle against ill health,
We were thrilled to have Midleton GAA great Kevin Hennessy with us in the club on Sunday to watch our senior team's win over St. Finbarr's....he's pictured with wife Una, daughter Megan and grandson JJ. ⚫️⚪️

Everyone at Midleton GAA club would like to extend our gratitude to our own Tommy O'Connell, Conor Lehane, Brion Saunderson and all the Cork players and management for giving us a memorable rollercoaster hurling season.
On this day 40 years ago, October 9 1983, John Fenton and his team-mates won the club's first Cork County Senior Hurling title for 67 years. It was the start of a golden period for the club....

We held our first ever Monday Club (Coffee & Chat group) today. It was fantastic to see so many friends & members come together.
A big thanks to Ger Fitzgerald for organising & to everyone who helped out.
This club will take place on the last Monday of each month at 10.30am.

It was an historic morning for Midleton GAA today as Park South hosted its first competitive adult fixtures as the Magpies entertained neighbours Lisgoold in the East Cork Junior A Football league.
After a tough game it ended in a 1-7 to 0-6 win for the Magpies.
