One of your most requested features has just landed across all our platforms—file attachments! In our latest update (1.49), you can upload any file or photo (up to 25mb) to a personal list.

Our web app has a new look! With our new design, it’s easier to visually organize your lists by color. And our new Planned smart list gives you an organized overview from My Day to the next 5 days and even later.
Like to add links to To Do to read later? It just got easier. Now you can tap that share button on iOS (version 2.7), choose your list, and we'll do the rest. Already available on Android too.
Multiple account support is now available on Windows! With version 1.51 you can keep your work and personal life separate while easily switching between accounts within the app.

Do you know the 1-3-5 rule? The theory is that you should only tackle 1 big task, 3 medium-sized tasks, and 5 small things on any given day. Add them to My Day, and work your way through the list!
I use lists and structured tasks (like my class) to keep me on track.
I’ve been using task lists to create nine different things I want to get done during my week off. Using the 1-3-5 rule, I’ve created a mixture of work and home tasks to work through to follow 👍🏼
