Oklahoma’s citizen-led ballot initiative process took a step backwards today with the passage of HB 1105, which severely undermines citizens’ constitutional right to petition the government. It passed 76-20 and is headed to the state senate. Please call your state senator and request a NO vote on HB 1105. Vote record:

🚨HB 1151 changes school board election dates & school board member term lengths. It’s scheduled for Monday at 3pm & I’m voting NO. Even Oklahoma’s top election official warned this will increase election errors, slow down polling places, save minimal $, and confuse voters. Share
