Hot topics session @ESICM #LIVES2024 - screening for appropriateness and completing SBTs at least daily decreased MV duration no matter the technique used (t-piece or dec PS), but if used frequent dec PS trials, MV duration increased. Interesting work @KarenBurnsk

Great to see a lunch session focusing on early mobilisation @ESICM #LIVES2024 Ensure individual assessment of not only the patients capacity & stability, but the staffs & the equipment available - aim for the best but prepare for the worst and focus on active functional!
