Menopause awareness day 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ For some it is just their period stopping but for 25% symptoms can be debilitating making them give up on jobs, marriages, friendships & even life! We must acknowledge, educate & support this. Knowledge is power & sharing is caring 💪❤️ #MAD2024
