@igorsushko 2/ Bigger question: is there anything we can do to help Ukraine take advantage of this situation? Last time we did an all out push to lobby congress non-stop, military aid resumed, although inexplicably still limited. Or will Putin eventually implode because of his own errors?.

@Gerashchenko_en It’s almost paradoxical that the only way to really prevent a Putin expansion is to convince Putin he has no chance to accomplish it. And I think Putin analyzes the will to stop him, more than the munitions, because he’s proficient at influencing us to doubt ourselves.
