@toottootchoo @traitortrumpy Do you really want to solve the problem? It’s easy. If the GDP drops below 3% every member of Congress is up for reelection that November. Have to change a couple laws, but it would instantly change the focus from Reelection to economic growth. Junk spending disappears quickly.
