This is an issue with corporate America as a whole. I'm willing to bet a lot of these employees are putting in unhealthy hours outside of the office that will go unnoticed by a lot of the higher ups. It's so wildly unfair.
Mismanagement, nearly nonexistent timelines, overly ambitious development goals/requirements, and a lack of prioritization on fixes are what you should be looking at - not the folks who do everything they can to find and eliminate issues with content before it reaches your hands.
