@amwilson_opera Totally agree - it is a parallel universe, and quite disconcerting to witness at this 50 year remove. But a good few of them are shockingly pompous and pleased with themselves, and it’s good to know we’ve moved from on from all that - even if so much else has been lost too.

Mancunian fanboy moment: thanks to the backstage @DButcherHalle pass at @BridgewaterHall, two Prog anoraks got to meet one of their non-classical heroes. Thanks @HackettOfficial for keeping the Genesis flame alive so brilliantly 50+ years on.

Such good news, and well deserved. Lovely to be reminded just now on @BBCInTune how fresh and invigorating Pound of Cure is. Glad we had the mics up in Milton Court last October.
Wahoo! Super happy to have been nominated for an Ivor Novello Award! 😄 Massive thanks to @IvorsAcademy / @PRSforMusic and of course to @BrittenSinfonia for their support and commissioning Pound of Cure 🧡 Big congrats to the other nominees too. 🙌 xx
