I think this being such a common topic does affect people. For me, it's the whole bathroom access discussion. I was attacked by a man in a public woman's bathroom as a teenager, and thought I was over the PTSD until all this.

It is traditional for presidents to show their taxes, not a law. They are usually career politicians and have tax attorneys who keep their taxes voter-friendly, using blind trusts etc to escape scrutiny.

There is no such thing as a "trans kid." There are victims of abuse, marginalized gay kids, and children with autism and other problems who are convinced by activists that they are born in the wrong body. How cruel it is to tell a child his body is so wrong he needs to change it.
