@bethshubinstein Adjust tibial tunnel angle to patellar tendon length +7, verify tibial tunnel length on the guide (bullet). Works well for the short ones too. I drill a different angle each case depending on patient.

@inclanpm @orthopatelmd @DrMattMatava As Marty Boyer says, "never say always." Revision in setting of a clear technical error may not need LET. Also consider anatomic risk factors (slope, GLL) and participation in high-risk sports. LET for most, not all.
