Really big ruling update has just dropped on the JP side, as this now changes how power gain is calculated with cards like Eldobreath. Eldobreath now just doubles the VGs power and then adds the booster on after that double is applied. PLEASE spread this around

Finally had the email response come in this afternoon and the interaction between Cat Butler and Silouette does NOT WORK as the Arms are not being considered as Vanguard Units. They also clarified that Arming will be added to Comprehensive Rules in the near future
