California YIMBY is excited about the potential of the East Solano Plan, not only for new homes, but for creating a template for growth that is aligned with our values—affordability; walkability; access to jobs, transit, and amenities; and sustainability.

The YIMBY movement's debate over the East Solano Plan is a positive reflection of our growth in both size and representation. It's messy but I'm 100% here for it, and I'm grateful to my movement colleagues who feel the same.

The California Forever project is weird because theres a bunch of b Bay Area suburban / exurban sprawl projects happening that nobody cares about, including in solano. the only reason people even care about this one is because tech people are doing it.
