For example if requesting for the first time just say 'for lunch' or something equally innocuous. Then when they send if they send with a for that is equally innocuous just keep it that way. If they say 'for being a loser' etc then request in that regard.

You're right on the money, aftercare in whatever form (a 'thank you', a 'good boy/girl' etc) is important. For astart, it's denotes the end of the interaction (important for you and the sub), it's also just professional, being a Domme is a responsibility, being a dick is not.
