@TheAA_UK @NottsCraigS My husband has rang you every day since it happened and still nothing , the audacity to charge us £526 when we are members because we were in water. We sourced a hire car who refunded our deposit within 24 hours of its return so why are you hanging onto our money , shameful 👎

@NottsCraigS @TheAA_UK Disgusting the way we’ve been treated, left a family with young children abandoned in rising flood waters for 7 hours and charged £526 call-out charge only to finally say we aren’t coming for you. Then still no refund 2 weeks later @TheAA_UK disgraceful 🤬

@TheAA_UK There’s nothing to look into, we are currently collecting a hire car to try and salvage at least some of our new year break. Our car is still in the water but being collected shortly by the insurance company, what matters is we are safe but we were desperate and frightened

@TheAA_UK We were rescued by locals and put up by a local b&b , the roads were clear by the time you eventually rang to say you weren’t coming . We have a severely asthmatic child who is on steroids , how much more of a priority do we need to be to get rescued
