I think people forgot that adolescents do have rights - right to have their voices consulted and considered in developing policies that directly impact them. So why aren't we ensuring the adoelscents voices are front and centre of this debate? #socialmediaban #smartphoneban

However, these statistics are just left sitting there without any context, with no explanation on why adolescents access porn. Recent UK report showed that adolescents access porn because they lack education on sex ed and want to learn more. This why context always matters!

Adolescents haven't been consulted on this ban, nor with other bans on smartphones in different countries. It's time we start actively listening to adolescents and invite them to be apart of decisions that directly impact them. It's really the bare minimum. #SocialMediaBan
