For those who don’t know, if they tell you the work is voluntary but if you don’t do it, your food rations will be cut in half, the work isn’t really voluntary. Orwell was brilliant. Everyone needs to read ANIMAL FARM. Right. Now.

I'd like to tell you about one of our assisted living residents (and yes the family/POA has allowed me to provide full details). Let's call him Dave. Dave was an amazing man. He and his wife decided to dedicate their retirement to driving around the country in an RV and build houses for people with Habitat for Humanity. He also became an amazing grandfather.🧵
