It's vital to create a #WorkplaceCulture that encourages speaking up. Imagine a nurse noticing the neurosurgeon about to operate on the wrong side of the brain, or a co-pilot watching the pilot head for the wrong runway—yet both stay silent. This can lead to disaster. #HR

And here's a not totally surprising development: Earlier this week @indeed sued competitor @ZipRecruiter, alleging the company spread misinformation to “poach” Indeed’s employer customers. Definitely the dark side of recruiting on a huge scale.🔗
