Going to #NICAR25? You may be worried about Minnesota’s notorious weather ... -20 degree temps, -50 degree wind chills, mountains of snow. “But as data experts, you know those are outliers, right? Of course, we pulled some data for you. That extreme cold is pretty unlikely."

Thought to be related to cancer for 40+ years -- and banned in cosmetics since the 1990s -- the FDA gets around to banning a food additive. Red Dye #3 caused tumors in rats back in the 1980s.
