@Matt_Hughes79 @darrensangita That's not really true, cultivars are important to all forms of derived cannabis medications as it informs on potential properties - and beyond that, cannabis is not a single chemical compound, but a conjunction of various cannabinoids and terpenes working together in tandem.

@darrensangita @Matt_Hughes79 Put it this way, you'll never stop patients using cultivar names to refer to different medications - and that's exactly what most doctors/clinicians are used to too.

^ for others reading, just to note there's numerous exceptions to the above. Only Schedule 2 (finished) flower imports have to go through label approval, Schedule 1 (unfinished) bulk packagers in the UK don't need to have labels approved - but are otherwise expected to follow rules/regulations. As in, if they screw up, they could later be called up on it still - and that could cause a risk to their license. Further, some medications already registered within the EU often seem to bypass domestic requirements. For example meds from Germany still seem to get through no issue with cultivar names intact. Be that Aurora, Tilray, or many Cantourage offerings. Overall, we're still waiting on the MHRA to issue new clear and concise guidance which companies can depend on being uniformly applied across all medications.

The world is watching to see how @RobertKennedyJr handles cannabis rescheduling in the ๐บ๐ธ US. There's the potential for America to finally start taking over the ever-maturing international legal cannabis market - ๐จ๐ฆ Canada already has $150m+ of annual exports, $1b+ within years.

@darrensangita @cocoj69 @DeviateDefiant @CipheredReality Yes it does, the COAs produced whether 'final packaging' or 'bulk' are always post-remediation too.

@Bigdoinks118685 We've heard similar claims, but nothing we can verify ourselves just yet through current importers.

@xrpye1 @cocoj69 @DeviateDefiant @CipheredReality Indeed, we checked their formulary earlier today - it should drastically improve over the coming days.
