Not sending a message that allied health professions are equally valued members of the health workforce where shortages are just as significant.
OTA is deeply disappointed to see that occupational therapy and other registered allied health professions have been excluded from the funding for paid student placements revealed in today’s 2025/26 budget announcement.

A great team / interim board but lots of room for others to get involved.
AFTER a nearly decade-long wait, Bendigo’s dream of having a Victorian Netball League (VNL) team of its own has finally been realised. From next season, the Bendigo Strikers will feature in an expanded 11-team VNL championship division and a revamped 12-team under-23 competition.
