I cannot name one institution or public service that’s in a better place than it was a decade ago. Libraries, swimming pools & youth clubs shut. NHS, Social Care, Education, Judiciary, Utilities, Transport, Police, Fire Service - all diminished or in crisis. Nope, can’t name one.
