• Actions speak louder than words. • It's always easy to demonize somebody you have never met. • One opinion does not make a person a member of a tribe. • People are allowed to have opinions that don't agree with yours. • It's not a crime for someone to believe something that is factually wrong. • The road to hell is paved with good intentions. • Fear is the root of all evil. • People, by and large, all want the same things: security, love, justice, comfort, shelter/nutrition/hydration, hope, opportunity, and to be heard. • Power, in and of itself, does not equate to corruption • ...but power absolutely can lead normally good people to become corrupt. • Being educated does not make one intelligent. • True education, however, provides truth...more than any other institution. • The truth is not always easy to hear. • Ignorance is often bliss. • Unsettling truths are always better than comforting lies. • The fact that you like what you are hearing or reading or seeing does not make it true. • Facts and truth and reality are NEVER black and white. • For every complex question, there exists a simple answer...and it's wrong. • There is so much more out there than the narrow 400nm to 700nm wavelengths that our human eyes can process. Color is so much bigger than we are. Indeed, we are made of light. Be that light.

There are many other possibilities. And if this destroys this nation, forgive me for longing for the days of not stealing Gaza, going to war with our neighbors, letting billionaires take over, building concentration camps, destroying our farmers, and killing our economy. This is deadly serious mate. And having cross dressers reading books to kids on occasion and encouraging organizations to widen their interview nets they cast to include disabled people, LGBTQ people, military veterans, and minorities seems harmless by comparison. I take little comfort in saying "I told you so" when we're sending American law enforcement officers to concentration camps for doing their jobs and letting family farmers go homeless. I desperately want to be wrong.

That's inaccurate as well. Less than ⅓ of registered voters voted for Trump and he had a margin of victory lower than any president in modern history except for himself in 2016 and Bush in 2000 (both of whom lost the popular vote). He won, but not because a majority of Americans voted for him...and even among those who voted, he still didn't even get half of them.

He's wrong. Opioids are respiratory depressants. That's true. And it's dangerous. They're also the most effective cough suppressants made. Benzos are not respiratory depressants. They're CNS depressants. That distinction is huge. A CNS depressant also depresses the rest of the body's systems...thereby reducing the need for respiration at higher rates. Opioids on the other hand, are respiratory depressants without slowing down the rest of the body. This has the effect of respiratory requirements being outpaced by the respiratory system. It's actually quite hard to kill someone with benzos. They have a huge therapeutic index.

I think the idea that Elon dragged his kid into Trump's oval office and casual basically acted like he was the president and Trump just say there and took it is what was really funny. It had to have been cooking him alive. Either way, I think they're both awful and what's been happening here is just stupifying. We're now in a full constitutional crisis. The executive branch is literally disregarding the rulings from the judiciary...and knows there is nothing the judiciary can do about it. This also means, for example, that Trump could be impeached and removed from office by Congress, too, and he could just ignore that. In other words: we have a dictator free to do anything he wants and we're powerless to stop him. He could easily just suspend elections as well.. Who is going to stop him? It's over. That's not orange glasses Stu. This has never happened in our history. Voting is pointless as is really trying to convince anyone. Unless the people rise up in civil war, Trump can continue to do whatever he wants. I won't even mention prices, the continuous lawbreaking, and so much more. I'm not a fan of the Dems either. They are doing nothing to stop him. They're useless.
