@ahmad_northern Thank you for your message. We do have door attendants positioned at our entrances advising customers of wait times. Our current estimated queuing time is up to 45 minutes. Our Facebook, Instagram, and website are also regularly updated with queuing alerts. YDO

@manthedarman Thank you for getting in touch. We are closely following all guidance and regulations from the Government and are planning to re-open our English centres and disabled toilets on Monday 15th June. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any updates accordingly.

To ensure we minimise disruption we have implemented our traffic management plan developed and managed in partnership with Cheshire Police, Highways England and Cheshire West and Cheshire Council to manage traffic. We expect traffic to return to normal shortly.
