*UPDATE* Given the continued forecast of frigid temperatures in our region, the state and city have extended our Severe Cold Weather Protocols to continue through Saturday, January 25, 12 noon. Warming centers will remain open 24/7. Additional details in original post ⬇️.

UPDATE: In light of the continued frigid temperatures forecasted for our region, the city's activation of its Severe Cold Weather Protocol will be extended through Fri, 1/10 12 noon. As a result, our warming centers will remain open 24/7 as well. See below for additional info.
SEVERE COLD WEATHER: Over the next few days, our area is forecasted for high temps in the upper 20's & lower 30's, & overnight lows in the teens. With the wind chill factor, it will feel much colder. As such, the @cityofnewhaven has activated its Severe Cold Weather Protocol. 1/
